1. Digital Products Policy (No Refunds)
Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital goods (PDF Business Plans, Excel Models, Market Research reports), we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded or emailed to you.
Why this policy?
This policy is in strict compliance with European Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Spanish Law (TRLGDCU). The law recognizes that digital content cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, and thus the right of withdrawal is waived upon commencement of the download.
Exceptions
We may offer a replacement or refund only in the following technical circumstances:
- The file is corrupted or technically defective and cannot be opened.
- You accidentally purchased the same product twice.

2. Consulting Services Policy
For custom consulting services (e.g., bespoke Business Plans, Custom Market Research), the following refund terms apply:
- Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before we have started any work, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellation During Project: If work has commenced but is not finished, a partial refund may be issued based on the pro-rata percentage of work completed, at the sole discretion of IB Consulting S.L.
- After Delivery: Once the final deliverable has been sent, no refunds will be issued. However, we provide a standard revision period (as detailed in your specific service agreement) to ensure the work meets your requirements.
